I contacted Jords Pool and Spa Services in desperation to fix the algae in my pool. Jordano came and diagnosed the issue, bringing my previously algae infused pool to perfection in under two weeks. I couldn't be more pleased with my new pool pump.   Jordan was able to diagnose the problem quickly and accurately.   He gave me multiple well explained options.   We replaced the 1.65 horse power single speed motor with a 1.65 horse power multi-speed motor.   It was the right decision.  Jordan was fast to respond to calls. Jord’s Pools was referred to me by my travertine and pool surface contractor. Jordano was very professional from the start clearly setting expectations for the work he needed to do to my pool that was just resurfaced and the detailed timeline for doing so. He showed up regularly for the days he mentioned and was even out working in the heavy rain a couple of days. Thank you very much for your excellent service, attention to detail, and answering questions. You made the process very easy and we are enjoying our new pool setup. Jordano is great, he’s been taking care of my pool since we moved in and recently re-did my entire pool. I had some issues the previous owner did not disclose.
We made a plan on fixing everything and getting the pool looking new. Jordano delivered and made sure everything was explained through the process.
